What I love the most is that the app keeps track of my history. I used to get frustrated not seeing any progress, but now I can see my improvement week by week. That really drives me to keep taking care of myself.

I was scared it would be complicated, but it's a piece of cake to use. I weigh the food, check the calories on my phone, and I'm good to go. In just two weeks, I can already feel the difference in my clothes.

My keto diet was a total mess until I got it together. Now I track every single gram I eat and I don't go over my carbs. I've lost 5 kilos in a month.

The best part is I don't have to shell out for apps or nutritionists. With just one purchase, I have the reins on my meals. I already saw results in just three weeks.
